How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with Australia Post. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order. The total estimated timeframe is 5–9 business days from placing your order to delivery, including processing and shipping.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime lens warranty covers manufacturing defects. Scratches, normal wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered. For a claim, email info@montelier.nl with your order number and clear photos. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I return my sunglasses?
Not quite right? You have 60 days from delivery to request a return of unworn, undamaged sunglasses. Email info@montelier.nl with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. Please review our returns policy before sending your order back.
